Familiar story... there you are, shacked up with the lady, quite comfortable... Roll out of bed to a nice cup of coffee, packed lunch, head off to work. Come home, relax and dinner magically appears in front of you. We've all been there. Suddenly... *PANG!* you're living on you're own and eating junk food again...Theres a lot of adapting to do. One of the hardest bits is managing to survive for food. There's only so many variations of microwave meals i could eat. And cooking for one's no fun. Recipe books seem to be written in another language and have ingredients that have never been heard of, and as for utensils???So i've decided i need to take my dietary needs seriously. Don the apron and start eating proper meals again. So i'm going to pen down my nice and simple recipes on here and hopefully you can enjoy them too!
